Topical Hazard Evaluation Program of Candidate Insect Repellent AI3-31537-b, USDA Proprietary Compound.

Abstract

AI3-31537-b was evaluated on New Zealand White rabbits for its potential to cause skin and eye irritation. The data obtained serve as a basis for making a recommendation concerning its potential use on humans. This recommendation is intended only for guidance in further entomological testing of this compound. No further testing is planned for AI3-31537-b because of the irritations produced. (Author)
