HDM - Command and Staff Overview.

Abstract

HDM (the SRI Hierarchical Development Methodology) is an integrated set of concepts, procedures, languages, and on-line tools intended to assist in all stages of the software-development process. This document provides a description of HDM that is suitable for project managers or higher-level executives who are contemplating the use of HDM on software projects that they manage. (Author)
