Planning in Interconnected Power Systems. An Example of Two-Stage Programming under Uncertainty.
Abstract
The problem of planning in interconnected power systems is formulated as a stochastic programming model, a variant of the model: two stage programming under uncertainty. In this case the solvability of the second stage problem is required only for a probability near unity.
