A Study of the Direct Enlistment Program Concept for the Individual Ready Reserves (IRR).

Abstract

This study gauges attitudes of prospective enlistees and their parents toward a proposed program of direct enlistment into the IRR. The study also measures relative attractiveness of a series of attribute combinations related to the proposed programs. (Author)
