Abstract

Reprints of Western Region Technical Attachments 73-42, 74-1, and 74-3 are compiled to furnish an excellent climatic guide to winter weather patterns over the western United States. The data covers the months of December, January, and February and concerns most of the normally-observed weather parameters. (Author)
