Interactional Aerodynamics of the Single Rotor Helicopter Configuration. Volume II-B-Harmonic Analyses of Airframe Surface Pressure Data, Runs 7-14, Mid Section.

Abstract

This is the second of the nine sub-volumes of Volume II. These documents contain harmonic analyses of the waveforms generated by each of the 53 pressure transducers, which covered the surface of the model fuselage and empennage. This sub-volume covers the first eight of the twenty-seven runs devoted to surface pressure testing. The analyses encompass the transducers in the middle section of the model. Test conditions and configurations include baseline data, climb and descent, disk loading variation, and application of strakes. (Author)
