Abstract

The inspection was authorized by the DAm Inspection Act, Public Law 92-367, and was performed in accordance with the Maryland F. Y. 78 priority list. The Phase I Inspection is an evaluation of existing engineering data and a visual inspection of the dam and appurtenances in an effort to determine if it constitutes a hazard to human life or property.
