Requirements for Reduced Data from Field Test. Probability of Hit Antiaircraft Guns,

Abstract

This paper describes the requirements for reduced data from HITVAL, a field test for the probability of hit by antiaircraft guns. Only the requirements for reduced data to be used for analysis related to the experimental design provided by wseg/ida are provided. The two tyeps of data collected during a trial, target aircraft related and antiaircraft gun system related, are considered individually. The report was written to serve as a planning basis for the Joint Test Director as well as to eliminate ambiguity and ensure completeness in the reduced data. (Author)
