Abstract
TThe objective is to develop a combined track-classify algorithm based on state-of-the-art target motion analysis and space-time classification methods. To map the performance envelopes of the algorithm relative to the AN-SQQ-23 sonar system parameters and other active systems as time and manpower permit. To write a proposed technical approach (PTA) to active classification in contemporary sonar systems based on these performance envelopes.
