Abstract
This report provides information and analysis on the physical condition of the dam as of the report date. Information and analysis are based on visual inspection of the dam by the performing organization. The Andover rod and Gun Club Dam was judged to be unsafe non-emergency due to the fact that normal flows pass through the dam rather than over the structure as designed recommendation for immediate repair or breaching of the dam was made.
