Abstract

This report provides information and analysis on the physical condition of the dam as of the report date. Information and analysis are based on visual inspection of the dam by the performing organization. Bog Brook Dam No. 1 and No. 2 were inspected and judged to be unsafe, non-emergency. Dam No. 1 has significant seepage at junction of the north abutment and downstream face of embankment. Dam No. 2 has growth of trees and brush on embankment. (Author)
