An Analysis of the Training of Army Personnel at the Defense Race Relations Institute.

Abstract

The overall objective of this study is to provide a program analysis of the Defense Race Relations Institute training of Army personnel, only. In specific terms, the study has four main objectives: To describe and analyze the training provided by DRRI for Army personnel; To describe and analyze the job, tasks, and utilization of Army DRRI graduates; To describe and analyze the impact of DRRI in terms of the relationships between training and job performance; and To provide a set of recommendations for future DRRI training of Army personnel.
