NSRDC Faired Towline Tests in the High Speed Water Tunnel.

Abstract

Lift, drag, and pitching moment data for aluminum and rubber models of a segment of the NSRDC towline are presented. Deflections on the rubber model were measured through a pitch angle range of +1 through -4 deg with water velocities ranging up to 68 feet per second. (Author)
