Unmanned Evaluation of U.S. Navy EX-16 UBA Pre-Production Model

Abstract

The EX-16 UBA Pre-Production Model underwent unmanned performance testing in January through March 1980. Parameters evaluated were breathing resistance, carbon dioxide absorbent canister characteristics, and oxygen partial pressure setpoint control functions. All areas evaluated were found to be adequate for manned testing.
