A Primal Simplex Code for Computing the Efficiency of Decision Making Units (Version 2.0).

Abstract

This technical report describes the computer code (Version 2.0 of SMU1) developed to compute the efficiency of a set of decision making units (DMU's) with common inputs and outputs. The code, written in FORTRAN and tested on a CDC Cyber 73 using an MNF compiler, employs a modified primal simplex code. A sample of the computer generated solution is included. (Author)
