The Robotic Deriveter - Systems Concept.

Abstract

This paper presents a technical overview of the Navy Robotic Deriveter. First, a brief background discussion is given on the purpose and the design goals. Next, an overview is given on how the system works, and how the operator uses it. The flexibility and efficiency of the machine and the simplicity of operation are apparent. Design details and cost reduction features are shown.
