Investigation and Design of Electronic Circuitry Related to Noise and Radiation Effects for Solid State Devices and Circuits.

Abstract

This report describes instrumentation for evaluating charge decay characteristics of reverse biased Schottky diode detectors and gamma noise pulse reduction using cancellation techniques. It also describes an improved optical signal and random noise source. (Author)
