Broadside and Scanned Beams from Arrays of Variable Spaced Elements Proximity Coupled to a Two-Wire Line.

Abstract

Scanning + or - 50 deg from broadside, a new type of stretch antenna array consists of dipole elements proximity-coupled to an open two-wire line. The dipoles are supported at a fixed height above the transmission line and the spacing changed from wavelength (electronics and physics). (Author)
