RADC Thermal Guide for Reliability Engineers.

Abstract

This guide was developed to provide a reliability engineer, who is not proficient in thermal design and analysis techniques, with the tools for managing and evaluating the thermal design and production of electronic equipment. It defines the requirements and tasks that should be addressed in system equipment specifications and statements of work, and describes how to evaluate performance. (Author)
