Neponset River Basin Massachusetts, Flood Plain Management Study.

Abstract

The Neponset Flood Plain Management Study is a Level C feasibility study. Analysis of alternative flood plain management measures during Stage 2 investigations indicated that structural protection is not economically feasible for any individual damage site. The extent of the flood plains has not changed significantly since the last major flood event in 1968. (Author)
