An On-The-Job Training Program for Food Service Workers is included as is a set of general guidelines for food service managers. This manual describes the end product of a three-year empirical study of US Air Force Field Feeding Requirements. The New Harvest Eagle as described herein was successfully field-tested at Eglin AFB, June to September 1980, and at a Korean Exercise, February to March 1981. The Air Force has initiated procurement actions to procure the system for the Rapid Deployment Force and Bare Base Feeding.
