Integration Considerations for the Stock Point Logistics Integrated Communications Environment (SPLICE) Local Area Network.

Abstract

This thesis examines the various functional modules that have been designed in support of the Stock Point Logistics Integrated Communications Environment (SPLICE) local computer network. Initially, the overall design methodology is presented, followed by a description of the functional modules, their proposed capabilities and their relationships to each other. Finally, an analysis is made to determine how well the modules fit together to form an operational local computer network and to support both inter- and intranetwork communications. (Author)
