Abstract

Includes the budgetary justifications for the care, maintenance, repair, and alteration, furnishing, improvement, heating and lighting, including electric power and fixtures, of the official residence of the Vice President, and not to exceed $60,000 for official entertainment expenses of the Vice President, to be accounted for solely on his certificate, $219,000: Provided, that advances or repayments or transfers from this appropriation may be made to any department or agency for expenses of carrying out such activities.
