Introduction to the Poker Parallel Programming Environment.

Abstract

The Poker Parallel Programming Environment is a graphics-based, interactive system for programming the Configurable, High Parallel (CHiP) Computer. Designed to support nearly all aspects of parallel programming in one integrated system, Poker has been implemented as a (35,000 line) C program on the VAX 11/780 under UNIX. It provides a number of novel features including graphics programming of parallel processor communication. (Author)
