Abstract

This handbook summarizes the literature review of Sulfide, Selenide and Telluride materials. In particular, the structural, chemical, electrical and optical properties of approximately 40 different materials are presented. Information is based on available unclassified published literature. References are given for all of the information presented for each of the materials described. (Author)
