The Utilization of People-Related Navy RDT&E (Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation): Fiscal Year 1982.

Abstract

This is the sixth annual report of the utilization of people-related Navy RDT&E. It includes examples of both utilization and technology base advancement, primarily from FY 1982. The examples are ogranized within four technical areas: Manpower and Personnel, Education and Training, Human Factors Engineering, and Simulation and Training Devices. Each example is discussed in terms of need, approach and results, utilization, impact, and research and development notes.
