Abstract

The dam is a stone-faced earth embankment dam that is about 17 ft. high and 350 ft. long. The dam is considered to be in fair condition. There are some areas of concern which must be corrected to assure the long term performance of the dam. It is small in size with a high hazard potential. The test flood for the dam is the full PMF. There are various remedial measures which should be undertaken by the owner.
