National Program for Inspection of Non-Federal Dams. St. Albans Reservoir Dam (South) (VT 00057) Richelieu River Basin, Fairfax. Phase I Inspection Report.

Abstract

The dam is an earth fill dam about 1950 ft. long and 26 ft. high. It is small in size with a significant hazard potential. The 1/2 PMF will overtop the dam by 1.1 ft. The dam is judged to be in fair condition. There were various significant conditions observed. There are recommendations which should be undertaken by the owner. (Author)
