Report is a study of the use, timing, and costs of development testing in the new aeronautical test facilities: the Aeropropulsion Systems Test Facility (ASTF), the National Transonic Facility (NTF), and the 80 ft x 120 ft low speed tunnel at NASA-Ames Research Center, California.
