Monolithic Thin Film SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) Devices Implant-Isolated SAW Storage Correlator.

Abstract

A new surface acoustic wave resonator provides for greatly relaxed fabricational tolerances. The first multiple quantum well and superlattice structures are reported for the wide bandgap semiconductor system (Zn,Mn)Se.
