Prime Contract Awards, First Half Fiscal Year 1987.

Abstract

This report presents a variety of current and historical data pertaining to Department of Defense (DoD) prime contract awards. Some historical tables reflect data as early as fiscal year 1986. Seven categories of data on DoD prime contracts are provided. Data are displayed by type of contractor, by procurement program, by competition, and by type of contact pricing provision. Awards publicized to small businesses and awards for research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) are discussed separately, as is the DoD Small Business Subcontracting Program.
