Helicopter Communications System Study.

Abstract

This report examines the communications requirements of helicopters operating in the National Airspace System in the 1985-1990 time frame. The technical options that exist or are forecast to exist in that time frame are examined for suitability in meeting the requirements, and their pros and cons are discussed.
