Assessment System for Aircraft Noise (ASAN) Citation Database. Volume 3

Abstract

The Assessment System for Aircraft Noise (ASAN) includes a database of several thousand references to the literature on the impact of noise and sonic booms on humans, animals and structures. Bibliographic data, abstracts and critical reviews of key documents can be retrieved. This report describes a systematic methodology for the selection and evaluation of new citations to be added to the database consistent with the procedures used in CITASAN.
