Abstract

The Marine Corps Long Range Plan sets forth guidance, concepts, and goals to accomplish statutory missions in support of strategic objectives in the long-range period (2000-2020). The plan is designed to be read by all Marines, as well as to be used by planners. It provides a vision for our Corps and what has to be done to ensure the Marine Corps is the world's premier expeditionary force-in-readiness in the 21st century.
