Abstract

As required by Section 115a of Title 10, United States Code, the Defense Manpower Requirements Report is submitted to Congress annually in support of the President's Budget. The report documents the active duty, reserve, and civilian end-strength for each of the military departments for the next fiscal year and the relationship between the personnel strength levels recommended and the national security policies of the nation.
