Abstract

The Military Personnel, Navy (MPN) appropriation provides the resources necessary to compensate active duty military personnel required to man the approved force structure and support in frastructure, including those officer and enlisted personnel within the individuals account: students, trainees, transients, patients, prisoners, holdees, Midshipmen, and Naval aviation cadets (NAVCADS). The MPN manpower program does not include Reserve personnel, Navy (RPN) data.
