Abstract

This Instruction reissues reference (a) DoD Instruction 1430.10, 'DoD-Wide Civilian Career Programs,' and serves as the authority for the publication of DoD-wide civilian career program manuals containing policy, requirements, and procedures for the development and operation of specific career programs.
