This Instruction under reference (a): 1. Establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures for the Inter-Service Support Program (ISP) for Military Dental Laboratories. 2. Establishes channels of dental laboratory support among the Military Services and methods of operation and logistics for the dental laboratory support of dental and medical facilities of the Department of Defense.
