Aviation Career Incentive Act of 1974 and Required Annual Report

Abstract

This Directive formally implements certain provisions of references (a) and (b) consistent with guidance contained in references (e) and (f). It provides specific departmental policy on eligibility for aviation career incentive pay and operational flying duty credit and establishes reporting procedures for the Military Departments.
