Abstract

This document is an initial draft description of the STARS Process Instrumentation Process (PIP) and guidelines for applying the Amadeus Measurement System to that process. It is a product of Paramax STARS U-Increment efforts to explore automated support for software process measurement. These efforts have focused primarily on the Amadeus Measurement System.
