Abstract

The purpose of the informal test, reported in this QSTR, was to analyze Raytheon's interpretation and use of the CALS standards in transferring technical manual data. Raytheon used its CALS Technical Data Interchange System to System to produce data, in accordance with the standards, and delivered it to the AFCTN technical staff on a 9-track magnetic tape. The delivered package is a sample of ESC/MsK's NILSTAR data delivered to the government.
