Abstract

This Site Investigation (SI) Report documents activities the Earth Technology Corporation (EARTH TECH) performed at the 171st Air Refueling Wing, Pennsylvania Air National Guard, Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, under the U.S. Department of Defense Installation Restoration Program (IRP). One IRP site, Site 7, was addressed in this SI. The objectives of the SI were to: (1) confirm the presence or absence of soil contaminants and characterize the nature of any identified contamination; (2) evaluate the potential for contaminant release and migration; and (3) develop recommendations for additional investigative activities, immediate or interim response actions, and/or no further action.
