Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide the Army with a "Coordinated Basewide Energy Study", determination and analysis of Energy Conservation Investment Program (ECIP) projects, and development of DD Forms 1391, PDB's, and other necessary back-up information to support Energy Conservation Investment Program (ECIP) projects scheduled for FY 86 at Yuma Proving Ground.
