Analysis and Simulation of Radiative Transfer in the Presence of Non-Lambertian Surfaces

Abstract

This final report summarizes the work performed during the term of the grant. The research results are organized into four categories: (1) Distributed Monte Carlo Image Synthesis; (2) Perturbation Methods for Specular Reflection; (3) Interactive Symbolic Manipulation; and (4) Recovering Geometry from Range Data.
