Results of the Tear Gas Fate and Effects Study. Volume 1

Abstract

This document describes the results of a study examining the environmental processes which effect of CNS tear gas and fate of the tear gas as it moves through soil. The study examines both the general properties of CNS tear gas as well as how these properties effected a CNS burial site at the Federal Laboratories No. 3 Plant near Saltsburg, Pennsylvania. The report also provides specific recommendations for remediating the Saltsburg site.
