Photo Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (Photo EPR) Study of Trapping and Recombination Processes in Semi-Insulating 4H, 6H Sic Crystals Over a Wide Temperature Interval

Abstract

This report results from a contract tasking National Academy of Sciences of the Ukraine as follows: The objective of this project is to clarify the physics and materials science of a material with great industrial potential, as a substrate used in a wide variety of electronic and optical devices. The Institute for Semiconductor Physics, with more than 15 years of experience in semiconductor material analysis, is uniquely qualified to conduct this research and has developed unique experimental facilities to carry out this investigation.
