The Guardia Civil and ETA

Abstract

These viewgraphs discuss the Guardia Civil, a citizen security police force founded in 1844, and its fight against terrorism and terrorist organizations such as ETA, a terrorist organization with criminal activity since 1968. ETA's objectives are the independence of part of French and Spanish country, and the establishment of a totalitarian and revolutionary Marxist regime in those countries. There have been 833 victims caused by ETA.
