Abstract

This report results from a contract tasking Institute for Problems of Materials Science of Ukraine National Academy of Sciences as follows: The contractor will investigate: 1) chemical synthesis including carbothermal reduction chemical deposition and coating of nanoparticles 2) optimization of synthesis processes parameters: 3) structure examination by high-resolution electron microscopy atomic/force microscopy and X-ray analysis; 4) experimental measurements of mechanical properties
