Abstract

The Guardian newsletter is published for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff by the Antiterrorism/Force Protection Division of the J3 Deputy Directorate for Antiterrorism/ Homeland Defense to share knowledge, support discussion, and impart lessons and information in an expeditious and timely manner. In order to meet the everpresent threat of an intelligent, adaptive enemy, J-34 is committed to bringing you the latest Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) theories, concepts, best practices and lessons learned.
