Local-Scale Technologies for Measuring and Monitoring Sediment Process

Abstract

This Coastal and Hydraulics Engineering Technical Note (CHETN) presents results of a Regional Sediment Management (RSM) research program technical workshop conducted in Mobile, AL, 21-22 May 2002. The purposes of the workshop were to identify information, data needs, and appropriate technologies for gathering such needs (including existing and emerging technologies) at a variety of spatial and temporal scales for supporting RSM.
